Board Change
The Board of Eleco announces that it has received notice of resignation from David Dannhauser as Finance Director. The requisite notice period will expire on 2 February 2011 and accordingly, he will be available to assist John Ketteley, Executive Chairman and Craig Slater, recently appointed Chief Operating Officer, in supervising the orderly handover of his current responsibilities to his successor.
The Board will now move to recruit and appoint a new Finance Director as soon as practicable
John Ketteley, Executive Chairman, commented:
“I have worked with David for the past 13 years, during which time he has made a major contribution to managing the growth of Eleco and establishing it on a sound financial footing. I would like to thank him personally, both as a colleague and as a shareholder, for all he has done.”
